釣り野帳 プライバシーポリシー
「釣り野帳」運営者（以下「運営者」といいます）は、iPhone アプリ「釣り野帳」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）で取り扱う利用者の情報について、次のとおり定めます。
1. 基本方針
- 本アプリは、あなたの釣りの記録を残し、天気や地形にもとづく見立てを受け取るためのアプリです。
- 本アプリは広告を表示しません。利用者を追跡する仕組み（トラッキング）や、行動分析・広告のための外部ツールは組み込んでいません。
- 記録は、まずあなたの iPhone の中に保存されます。どの情報が、いつ端末の外に出るかは、次の 2 にすべて書いています。
2. 取り扱う情報と、端末の外に出るかどうか

3. 利用目的
運営者は、取り扱う情報を次の目的にだけ使います。
- 記録の保存、バックアップ、別の端末での復元
- AI による魚種判定、見立て、ポイント診断、振り返りの作成
- AI 機能を無料で使える回数の管理と、大量の自動利用の防止
- みんなの記録の表示（公開された記録と写真の一覧と、条件の集計）
- 釣り場の申請の確認と、結果のアプリ内でのお知らせ
- 見立ての精度の改善
- 公開前の写真の確認と、通報やコミュニティガイドライン違反への対応
- お問い合わせへの対応
- 障害への対応と、セキュリティの確保
広告、マーケティング、利用者の追跡には使いません。情報を販売することもありません。
4. 利用している外部のサービス（保存場所・送信先）
運営者は、次の事業者のサービスを使って本アプリを提供しています。

- データの保存地域：Supabase のデータは日本（東京リージョン）に保存しています。AI サービスと画像の自動チェックの所在国：米国（OpenAI）。メール配信サービスの所在国：フランス（Brevo。データは EU 域内のフランスとベルギーにあるサーバーに保存されます）
- 運営者は、これらの事業者が本ポリシーと同等以上の水準で情報を保護することを、各事業者の利用規約・プライバシーポリシーで確認したうえで利用します（OpenAI については、利用規約・プライバシーポリシー、データコントロール〔学習への利用の設定〕・チャットの保持期間に関するヘルプの説明、画像の自動チェックに使う API のデータの扱いに関する説明を 2026 年 10 月に確認しました。Brevo については、利用規約〔データ処理契約を含む〕・プライバシーポリシーと、開封・クリックの記録の匿名化・送信記録の保存期間に関するヘルプの説明を 2026 年 10 月に確認しました）。
- 上記のほか、法令にもとづく場合を除き、あなたの同意なく情報を第三者に提供しません。
5. AI 機能で送る内容
AI 機能は、あなたが操作したときだけ動きます（ポイント診断は、ポイントの詳細を開いたときに自動で始まります）。送る内容は次のとおりです。

- 位置（緯度・経度）、メールアドレス、アカウントの情報、匿名 ID は、AI サービスに送りません。
- 送信は運営者のサーバーが中継します。運営者のサーバーは送られた内容を保存せず、記録するのは日時、結果、データの大きさ、利用回数だけです。運営者が管理する中継（ゲートウェイ）でも、内容は保存しません。
- AI サービス側での保存期間と、AI の学習に使われるかどうか：提供者の方針に従います。現在の提供者 OpenAI については、運営者は OpenAI 側の設定で学習への利用をオフにしています。OpenAI 側では、削除した内容は 30 日以内に消去されます（OpenAI が公開しているヘルプによります）。提供者を変更した場合は、変更後の提供者の方針を本ページで案内します。
- 初めて AI 機能を使うときに、送る内容と送り先を画面でお示しし、「同意して使う」を選んだ場合にだけ送ります。同意はこの端末に保存され、設定の「AI 機能」からいつでも取り消せます。取り消した後は送りませんが、すでに送った内容を取り消すことはできません。送り先が変わるときは、あらためて同意をいただきます。
- 写真やメモには、あなたが写したもの・書いたものがそのまま含まれます。他人の顔や個人を特定できる情報は、写したり書いたりしないようご注意ください。
- 表の「水域の情報」は、アプリに収録された水域では名前・都道府県・紹介文・水域の種類です。あなたの釣り場では、申請のときに付けた名前と水域の種類です（座標は送りません）。
- みんなの記録に載せる写真の自動チェック（6-6）は、この 5 の AI 機能とは別のもので、「写真も載せる」をオンにしたときだけ行います。運営者が管理する中継は通らず、運営者のサーバーから OpenAI へ直接送ります。OpenAI が公開している説明では、このチェックに送った画像は保存されず、AI の学習にも使われません（2026 年 10 月に確認）。OpenAI からの返答のうち運営者が残すのは、判定の結果（問題があるかどうか、該当した区分、いちばん高い点数）だけです。
6. みんなの記録（公開）
みんなの記録（アプリの「釣り仲間」タブ）に載るのは、次の条件をすべて満たす記録だけです。
- ログインしていて、記録がバックアップされていること
- 記録の公開範囲で「みんなの記録に載せる」がオンであること
- その水域のみんなの記録が公開されていること
あなたの釣り場（2 の「釣り場の申請」）の記録は、みんなの記録には載りません。
- 表示されるのは、水域、日付、魚種、釣れたかどうか、長さの目安（区分）、天気の目安（空模様・気温・風・気圧の変化の区分）と、「写真も載せる」をオンにした記録の写真 1 枚だけです。あなたの名前、メールアドレス、アカウント、ポイント名、位置、時刻、メモ、重さ、ルアー名は表示されません。
- 天気や魚種などの条件の集計は、2 人以上の記録がそろったときだけ表示します。記録の一覧は 1 件ずつ表示されます。
- 新しい記録では、「みんなの記録に載せる」は前回の選択を引き継ぎます（はじめて記録するときはオンです）。「写真も載せる」は、「みんなの記録に載せる」がオンで写真のある記録にだけ表示され、記録ごとに初めはオフです（前回の選択は引き継ぎません）。
- 載せる写真は、その記録の 1 枚目の写真（一覧に表示される写真）だけです。長辺 1600 ピクセル以下に縮小したものを送り、運営者のサーバーで撮影情報（撮影場所、撮影日時、機種など）を取り除きます。
- 写真は、公開の前に OpenAI の画像の自動チェック（性的な画像、暴力的な画像、自傷に関わる画像を見分ける仕組み）に送り、チェックを通ったものを公開します。通らなかった写真と、チェックの結果が出なかった写真は自動では公開せず、運営者だけが見られる場所に保存して、運営者が確認します。結果が出なかった写真は、自動でチェックをやり直します（最初のチェックを含めて 1 枚につき 3 回まで）。運営者が確認して問題がないと判断した写真は、公開することがあります。チェックを通らず、運営者の確認も経ていない写真が公開されることはありません。公開しなかった写真は、遅くとも 30 日で自動的に削除します。
- 写真に写り込んだ景色や看板などから、撮影した場所が分かることがあります。撮影情報は取り除きますが、写っているものは取り除けません。他人の顔など、個人を特定できるものが写った写真は載せないでください（コミュニティガイドライン）。
- 公開した写真は、写真ごとのアドレス（URL）で、アプリの外からも表示できます。アドレスは推測できない形で作り、一覧はできないようにしています。
- みんなの記録への反映は、おおむね 1 時間ごとです。記録を削除したり、「みんなの記録に載せる」や「写真も載せる」をオフにしたりしても、次の反映までの最大約 1 時間は表示されることがあります。
- 利用者の少ない水域では、公開された記録の日付や魚種、写真から、それが誰の記録か周りの人に推測されることがあります。気になる記録は、「みんなの記録に載せる」をオフにしてください。
7. 匿名 ID と利用回数
- 本アプリは、端末ごとにランダムな ID（匿名 ID）を自動で作り、端末のキーチェーンに保存します。匿名 ID は、メールアドレスやアカウントとは結びつけていません。
匿名 ID は 2 種類あります。
- AI 用：AI 機能の 1 日あたりの利用回数を数えるため。初めて AI 機能を使うときに作られます
- コミュニティ用：みんなの記録の読み込み、釣り場の申請、見立てへの意見、通報のため。みんなの記録を初めて開いたとき、設定の「釣り場を申請する」（申請の一覧）を初めて開いたとき、または初めて申請や意見を送るときに作られます
- 運営者のサーバーには、匿名 ID ごとに、直近の利用回数と数え始めた時刻だけを記録します（日ごとの履歴は残しません）。全体の上限を管理するため、全利用者の合計回数も数えています。みんなの記録への写真の公開の回数は、匿名 ID ではなくアカウントごとに同じ形で数え、画像の自動チェックの回数も全体の合計を数えています。通報のときの匿名 ID の扱いは 10 に書いています。
- アカウントを削除すると、この端末の 2 つの匿名 ID と、それにひもづく利用回数・申請・意見、アカウントごとの写真の公開の回数もあわせて削除します。通報のうち、まだ匿名 ID が切り離されていないものは通報ごと削除し、すでに切り離されたもの（10-3）は、誰の通報かわからない形で残ります。
- アカウントをお持ちでない場合、匿名 ID と利用回数をアプリから削除する方法はありません。削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください（9-7）。

9. あなたができること
- 位置情報：アプリの設定で、記録に位置を残すかどうかを切り替えられます。位置情報・写真・カメラへのアクセスは、iPhone の「設定」でいつでも取り消せます。
- 公開範囲：記録ごとに、「みんなの記録に載せる」と「写真も載せる」をあとから切り替えられます。オフにすると、その記録や写真はみんなの記録から外れます（6-9）。
- データの書き出し：設定画面から、釣果・マイポイント・ルアーを 1 つのファイルに書き出せます。写真、みんなの記録の内容、釣り場の申請、見立てへの意見は含まれません。
- データの削除：設定画面の「データの削除」で、端末とクラウドの両方から、釣果・マイポイント・ルアー・写真と、この端末から送った釣り場の申請・見立てへの意見を削除します。みんなの記録に載せた写真（確認待ちのものを含みます）も削除します（反映まで最大約 1 時間）。申請の記録がなくなるので、あなたの釣り場もアプリから消えます。アカウントは残ります。取り消しはできません。送った通報は削除されませんが、通報者の匿名 ID は確認後（遅くとも通報から 8 日以内）に通報から切り離されます。
- アカウントの削除：ログインしているとき、設定画面の「アカウントの削除」で、4 のデータをすべて削除し、次にこの端末の 2 つの匿名 ID を削除し（7-4）、最後にアカウントを削除してログアウトします。途中で失敗した場合はそこで止まり、失敗したことをお知らせします。アカウントは残り、やり直せますが、それまでに削除されたデータは元に戻りません。
- ログインしていない場合も、「データの削除」で、この端末の釣果・マイポイント・ルアー・写真と、この端末から送った見立てへの意見・釣り場の申請を削除できます。クラウドのバックアップと、みんなの記録に載せた記録・写真も削除するには、ログインしてから行ってください。
- 別の端末で作られた匿名 ID にひもづく申請や意見は、その端末からでないと削除できないことがあります。その場合や、アカウントが使えなくなった場合、アカウントをお持ちでなく匿名 ID の削除をご希望の場合は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。確認のうえ、運営者が削除します。
- 運営者が確認して、すべての利用者に表示される釣り場としてアプリに追加した水域は、申請の記録を削除したあとも、アプリの内容として残ります。あなたの釣り場は、申請の記録を削除するとアプリから消えます。
- 開示・訂正・利用停止などのご請求は、お問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。ご本人であることを確認したうえで対応します。
10. 通報と非表示
- 通報：みんなの記録に表示された各記録（写真を含みます）から、理由（「虚偽の記録・いたずら」「同じ記録の繰り返し投稿」「不適切な内容」「その他」から 1 つ）を選んで「報告する」ことができます。通報が届いた記録は、この端末では表示されなくなります（届かなかったときは表示されたままです）。
- 運営者は通報を確認し、コミュニティガイドラインに反する記録を非表示にします。写真だけが反する場合は、写真だけを非表示にし、その記録では写真を載せられないようにすることがあります。違反を繰り返す利用者については、公開中の記録と写真をすべて非表示にし、以後の公開を止めることがあります。
- 通報のときに運営者のサーバーに届くのは、対象の記録、選んだ理由、この端末のコミュニティ用匿名 ID です。匿名 ID は、同じ記録への重複した通報を防ぎ、通報の回数を制限するためだけに使い、運営者が確認を終えたとき、遅くとも通報から 8 日以内に、通報から切り離して削除します。
- 非表示：「非表示にする」は、通報せずに、その記録（写真を含みます）をこの端末で表示しないようにするだけです。この設定は端末の中にだけ保存され、「データの削除」「アカウントの削除」を行うと元に戻ります。設定画面の「すべて表示に戻す」で、通報した記録や、5 で非表示にした人の記録も含めて、まとめて元に戻せます（送った通報は取り消されません）。
- この人を非表示にする：みんなの記録に表示された記録で「この人を非表示にする」を選ぶと、その記録を載せた人の記録と写真（あとから載せられたものを含みます）が、この端末ではどの釣り場でも表示されなくなります。そのために、この端末のコミュニティ用匿名 ID と、非表示にした人を示す ID を組にして、運営者のサーバーに保存します。非表示にしたことは相手に通知されず、誰が誰を非表示にしたかをほかの利用者に示すこともありません。運営者は、コミュニティガイドライン違反への対応のために、多くの人に非表示にされている人の公開中の記録を確認することがあります（何人に非表示にされているかだけを見て、誰が非表示にしたかは見ません）。非表示にできるのは 1000 人までです。設定画面の「すべて表示に戻す」で 4 とあわせて元に戻すと、サーバーに保存した組もすべて削除します。「アカウントの削除」を行ったときも削除します。
11. 安全管理
- 本アプリと運営者のサーバー、天気サービスとの通信と、運営者のサーバーと画像の自動チェックとの通信は、暗号化（HTTPS）しています。
- データベースは、利用者が自分のデータだけを読み書きできるように設定しています。
- サーバーの管理用の鍵や、AI サービス・画像の自動チェックの鍵は、本アプリの中に入れず、サーバーだけで管理しています。
12. 事業の譲渡
本アプリの事業またはデータを第三者に譲り渡す場合は、事前にお知らせし、データを書き出すための期間を設けます。お知らせせずに譲り渡すことはありません。
13. このポリシーの変更
このポリシーを変更するときは、本ページで変更内容と変更日をお知らせします。取り扱う情報や送信先が増えるなどの重要な変更は、本ページとアプリの更新内容で、事前にお知らせします。

「釣り野帳」运营方（以下称「运营方」）就 iPhone 应用「野帐」（以下称「本应用」）如何处理用户信息，作如下规定。
1. 基本方针
- 本应用用于留下你的钓鱼记录，并根据天气和地形获得判断（見立て）。
- 本应用不显示广告，不包含追踪用户的机制（追踪），也不包含用于行为分析或广告的外部工具。
- 记录首先保存在你的 iPhone 里。哪些信息会在什么时候离开手机，全部写在下面第 2 条。

3. 使用目的
运营方只把处理的信息用于以下目的：
- 记录的保存、备份、在其他手机上恢复
- 生成 AI 鱼种识别、判断、钓点诊断、复盘
- 管理 AI 功能的免费使用次数，防止大量自动调用
- 显示「大家的页」（公开的记录与照片的列表，以及条件汇总）
- 确认钓场申请，并在应用内告知结果
- 提高判断的准确度
- 公开前确认照片，处理举报与违反社区准则的情况
- 回复咨询
- 处理故障、确保安全
不用于广告、营销或追踪用户，也不出售信息。

- 除上述之外，除依法律规定的情形外，未经你的同意，不向第三方提供信息。
5. AI 功能发送的内容
AI 功能只在你操作时运行（钓点诊断会在你打开钓点详情时自动开始）。发送内容如下：

- 不向 AI 服务发送位置（经纬度）、邮箱、账号信息、匿名 ID。
- 发送由运营方的服务器中转。运营方的服务器不保存发送的内容，只记录时间、结果、数据大小和使用次数。运营方管理的中转（网关）也不保存内容。
- AI 服务方的保存期限，以及是否用于 AI 训练：按服务方的政策处理。关于当前的服务方 OpenAI，运营方已在 OpenAI 侧关闭「用于训练」的设置；在 OpenAI 侧，删除的内容会在 30 天内清除（依据 OpenAI 公开的帮助说明）。更换服务方时，会在本页说明新服务方的政策。
- 第一次使用 AI 功能时，会在画面上说明发送的内容和对象，只有在你选择「同意并使用」后才会发送。这项同意保存在这台设备上，可随时在设置的「AI 功能」中撤回。撤回后不再发送，但已经发送的内容无法撤回。发送对象变更时，会重新征得你的同意。
- 照片和备忘里会原样包含你拍到的、写下的内容。请注意不要拍下或写下他人的面孔或能识别个人的信息。
- 表中的「水域信息」：应用收录的水域，是名称・都道府县・简介・水域类型；你的钓场，是申请时起的名称与水域类型（不发送坐标）。
- 对放到「大家的页」的照片所做的自动检查（第 6-6 条），与本第 5 条的 AI 功能是分开的，只在打开「照片也放上去」时进行。不经运营方管理的中转，由运营方的服务器直接发送给 OpenAI。根据 OpenAI 公开的说明，送去检查的图片不会被保存，也不会用于 AI 训练（2026 年 10 月确认）。OpenAI 的回复中，运营方只保留判定结果（是否有问题、命中的类别、最高分值）。
6. 大家的页（公开）
只有同时满足以下条件的记录才会出现在「大家的页」（应用的「社区」标签页）：
- 已登录，且记录已备份
- 记录的「放到大家的页」为开启
- 该水域的「大家的页」已开放
你的钓场（第 2 条「钓场申请」）上的记录，不会出现在「大家的页」。
- 显示的只有：水域、日期、鱼种、是否钓到、长度档（区间）、天气档（天空状况・气温・风・气压变化的区间），以及打开了「照片也放上去」的记录的 1 张照片。不显示你的名字、邮箱、账号、钓点名、位置、时间、备忘、重量、拟饵名。
- 天气、鱼种等条件的汇总，只在凑齐 2 人以上的记录时显示。记录列表逐条显示。
- 新记录的「放到大家的页」会沿用上一次的选择（第一次记录时为开启）。「照片也放上去」只在「放到大家的页」开启、且记录带照片时出现，每条记录一开始都为关闭（不沿用上一次的选择）。
- 放上去的照片只有该记录的第 1 张（列表里显示的那张）。照片会缩小到长边 1600 像素以内再发送，并在运营方的服务器上去掉拍摄信息（拍摄地点、拍摄时间、机型等）。
- 照片在公开前会送去 OpenAI 的图片自动检查（识别色情、暴力、自残相关图片的机制），通过检查的照片会公开。没通过的照片、以及检查没有给出结果的照片不会自动公开，而是保存在只有运营方能看到的地方，由运营方确认。没有结果的照片会自动重新检查（连同第一次在内，每张最多 3 次）。运营方确认后认为没有问题的照片，可能会公开。既没通过检查、也没经过运营方确认的照片，不会被公开。没有公开的照片最迟 30 天后自动删除。
- 照片里拍到的景色、招牌等，可能让人看出拍摄地点。拍摄信息会去掉，但拍到的东西去不掉。请不要放上拍到他人面孔等能识别个人的照片（社区准则）。
- 公开的照片可以通过每张照片各自的地址（URL）在应用以外显示。地址以无法推测的形式生成，也无法列出全部照片。
- 「大家的页」大约每小时更新一次。即使删除记录，或关闭「放到大家的页」「照片也放上去」，在下次更新前的最多约 1 小时内仍可能显示。
- 在使用者很少的水域，周围的人可能根据公开记录的日期、鱼种、照片推测出是谁的记录。介意的记录请关闭「放到大家的页」。
7. 匿名 ID 与使用次数
- 本应用会为每台手机自动生成随机 ID（匿名 ID），保存在手机的钥匙串里。匿名 ID 不与邮箱或账号关联。
匿名 ID 有两种：
- AI 用：统计 AI 功能每天的使用次数。第一次使用 AI 功能时生成
- 社区用：读取「大家的页」、申请钓场、提交对判断的意见、举报。第一次打开「大家的页」、第一次打开设置里的「申请添加水域」（申请列表），或第一次发送申请或意见时生成
- 运营方的服务器上，每个匿名 ID 只记录最近的使用次数和开始计数的时间（不保留按天的历史）。为了管理总上限，也会统计全部用户的合计次数。向「大家的页」公开照片的次数，不按匿名 ID、而是按账号以同样的方式统计；图片自动检查的次数也会统计全体合计。举报时匿名 ID 的处理，写在第 10 条。
- 删除账号时，会一并删除这台手机的 2 个匿名 ID，以及与之关联的使用次数・申请・意见，还有按账号统计的照片公开次数。举报中，匿名 ID 还没被分离的，连同举报一起删除；已经分离的（第 10-3 条），以看不出是谁举报的形式保留。
- 没有账号时，无法在应用里删除匿名 ID 与使用次数。如需删除，请联系我们（第 9-7 条）。

9. 你可以做的事
- 位置信息：可在应用设置中切换是否把位置留在记录里。位置、照片、相机的访问权限可随时在 iPhone「设置」中撤销。
- 隐私：每条记录都可以事后切换「放到大家的页」和「照片也放上去」。关闭后，该记录或照片会从「大家的页」撤下（第 6-9 条）。
- 导出数据：可在设置页把钓获・我的钓点・拟饵导出为一个文件。不含照片、「大家的页」的内容、钓场申请、对判断的意见。
- 删除我的数据：在设置页「删除我的数据」中，从手机和云端两处删除钓获・我的钓点・拟饵・照片，以及从这台手机发出的钓场申请・对判断的意见。放到「大家的页」的照片（含待确认的）也会删除（生效最多约需 1 小时）。申请记录没有了，你的钓场也会从应用里消失。账号保留。不可撤销。已发出的举报不会被删除，但举报人的匿名 ID 会在确认后（最迟举报后 8 天以内）从举报中分离。
- 删除账号：登录时，在设置页「删除账号」中，先删除第 4 项的全部数据，再删除这台手机的 2 个匿名 ID（第 7-4 条），最后删除账号并退出登录。中途失败时会停在那一步并告诉你失败了。账号保留、可以重试，但在那之前已删除的数据无法恢复。
- 未登录时，也可以用「删除我的数据」删除这台手机上的钓获・我的钓点・拟饵・照片，以及从这台手机发出的对判断的意见・钓场申请。要连云端备份、以及放到「大家的页」的记录和照片一起删，请先登录再操作。
- 与其他手机上生成的匿名 ID 关联的申请或意见，可能只能从那台手机删除。遇到这种情况、账号无法使用时，或没有账号但希望删除匿名 ID 时，请联系我们。确认后由运营方删除。
- 运营方确认后作为「所有用户都能看到的钓场」加入应用的水域，即使删除了申请记录，也会作为应用内容保留。你的钓场会在删除申请记录后从应用里消失。
- 如需请求公开、更正、停止使用等，请联系我们。确认是本人后处理。
10. 举报与隐藏
- 举报：可以在「大家的页」的每条记录（含照片）上选择一个理由（「虚假记录・恶作剧」「重复发布同一记录」「不当内容」「其他」）进行「举报」。举报送达后，那条记录在这台手机上不再显示（没送达时照常显示）。
- 运营方会确认举报，并隐藏违反社区准则的记录。只有照片违规时，可能只隐藏照片，并让该记录不能再放照片。对反复违规的用户，可能隐藏其全部公开记录与照片，并停止其之后的公开。
- 举报时送到运营方服务器的，是被举报的记录、所选理由，以及这台手机的社区用匿名 ID。匿名 ID 只用于防止对同一条记录重复举报、限制举报次数；运营方确认完毕时、最迟在举报后 8 天以内，会把它从举报中分离并删除。
- 隐藏：「隐藏」只是不举报、在这台手机上不再显示那条记录（含照片）。该设置只保存在手机里，执行「删除我的数据」「删除账号」时会恢复。可在设置页用「全部恢复显示」一次性恢复，举报过的记录和用第 5 项隐藏的人的记录也一起恢复（已发出的举报不会撤回）。
- 隐藏这个人的记录：在「大家的页」显示的记录上选择「隐藏这个人的记录」后，把这条记录放上来的人的记录和照片（包括之后放上来的），在这台手机上无论哪个水域都不再显示。为此，运营方的服务器会把这台手机的社区用匿名 ID 与表示被隐藏者的 ID 作为一组保存。对方不会收到通知，运营方也不会向其他用户显示谁隐藏了谁。为处理违反社区准则的情况，运营方可能会确认被很多人隐藏的人正在公开的记录（只看被多少人隐藏，不看是谁隐藏的）。最多可以隐藏 1000 人。在设置页用「全部恢复显示」连同第 4 项一起恢复时，服务器上保存的这些信息也会全部删除；执行「删除账号」时也会删除。
11. 安全管理
- 本应用与运营方服务器、天气服务之间的通信，以及运营方服务器与图片自动检查之间的通信，都经过加密（HTTPS）。
- 数据库设置为每个用户只能读写自己的数据。
- 服务器的管理密钥，以及 AI 服务和图片自动检查的密钥，都不放在应用里，只在服务器上管理。
12. 业务转让
如将本应用的业务或数据转让给第三方，会事先通知你，并留出导出数据的期间。不会在不通知的情况下转让。
13. 本政策的变更
变更本政策时，会在本页告知变更内容和变更日期。增加处理的信息或发送对象等重要变更，会事先在本页和应用的更新说明中告知。

Yacho Privacy Policy
This English version is a reference translation; the Japanese version prevails.
The operator of Tsuri Yacho ("we") sets out how user information is handled in the iPhone app Yacho ("the app").
1. Our approach
- The app keeps your fishing records and gives you readings (見立て) based on weather and terrain.
- The app shows no ads. It contains no tracking, and no third-party tools for behavioural analytics or advertising.
- Your records are saved on your iPhone first. Section 2 lists everything that leaves your device, and when.
2. What we handle, and whether it leaves your device

3. Why we use it
We use this information only to:
- save, back up and restore your records on another device;
- produce AI species identification, readings, spot diagnosis and catch reviews;
- manage how many times the AI features can be used free of charge, and prevent mass automated use;
- show Everyone's pages (the list of public records and photos, and summaries of conditions);
- review fishing-spot requests and tell you the outcome in the app;
- make readings more accurate;
- check photos before they are published, and handle reports and breaches of the community guidelines;
- answer your enquiries;
- deal with faults and keep the service secure.
We do not use it for advertising, marketing or tracking, and we do not sell it.
4. Services we use (where data is stored and sent)

- Where data is stored: Supabase data is stored in Japan (Tokyo region). The country of the AI service and the automated image check: the United States (OpenAI). The email delivery service's country: France (Brevo; the data is stored on servers in the EU, in France and Belgium)
- We use these providers after confirming, from their terms of service and privacy policies, that they protect information to a standard at least equal to this policy (for OpenAI, in October 2026 we reviewed its terms of use, privacy policy, the help-center explanations of data controls [the training setting] and chat retention, and its description of how the API used for the automated image check handles data; for Brevo, in October 2026 we reviewed its terms of service [including the data processing agreement], privacy policy and the help-center explanations of anonymous open and click tracking and of how long sending logs are kept).
- Apart from the above, and except where the law requires, we do not provide your information to third parties without your consent.
5. What the AI features send
The AI features run only when you use them (spot diagnosis starts automatically when you open a spot's details). They send:

- Location (latitude and longitude), your email address, your account details and your anonymous IDs are not sent to the AI service.
- Our server relays each request. It does not store what is sent; it records only the time, the result, the data size and the usage count. The relay (gateway) we operate does not store the content either.
- How long the AI service keeps the data, and whether it is used to train AI: according to the provider's policy. For the current provider, OpenAI, we have turned off the training setting on the OpenAI side; on OpenAI's side, deleted content is removed within 30 days (per OpenAI's published help). If we change providers, we will describe the new provider's policy on this page.
- The first time you use an AI feature, we show you what will be sent and to whom, and we send it only if you choose "Agree and continue". Your consent is saved on this device, and you can withdraw it at any time under "AI features" in Settings. Once you withdraw it we send nothing more, but anything already sent cannot be recalled. If the recipient changes, we will ask for your consent again.
- Photos and memos contain whatever you photographed or wrote. Please avoid capturing other people's faces or anything that identifies them.
- "Information about the water" in the table means, for waters listed in the app, the name, prefecture, description and type of water; for your spot, the name you gave it in the request and the type of water (never its coordinates).
- The automated check of photos for Everyone's pages (6-6) is separate from the AI features in this section 5, and runs only when you turn on "Include the photo". It does not go through the relay we operate; our server sends the photo directly to OpenAI. According to OpenAI's published documentation, images sent for this check are not stored and are not used to train AI (checked in October 2026). Of OpenAI's reply, we keep only the result (whether there is a problem, the categories that applied, and the highest score).
6. Everyone's pages (public)
A record appears on Everyone's pages (the app's "Community" tab) only when all of the following are true:
- you are signed in and the record has been backed up;
- "Show on Everyone's pages" is on for the record;
- Everyone's page for that water is open.
Records on your spot (see "Fishing-spot requests" in section 2) never appear on Everyone's pages.
- Only the water, the date, the species, whether anything was caught, a length band, weather bands (sky, temperature, wind, pressure trend) and, for records with "Include the photo" on, one photo are shown. Your name, email address, account, spot name, location, time, memo, weight and lure name are never shown.
- Summaries of conditions such as weather and species are shown only when records from two or more people are available. The list of records shows records one by one.
- For new records, "Show on Everyone's pages" carries over your previous choice (it is on the first time you record a catch). "Include the photo" appears only while "Show on Everyone's pages" is on and the record has a photo; it starts off for every record (your previous choice is not carried over).
- Only the record's first photo (the one shown in the list) is published. It is reduced to at most 1600 px on the long side before it is sent, and our server removes its shooting information (where and when it was taken, the device model and so on).
- Before a photo is published, it is sent to OpenAI's automated image check (a system that detects sexual, violent and self-harm-related images), and photos that pass are published. Photos that do not pass, and photos for which the check gives no result, are not published automatically; they are kept where only we can see them, and we review them. Photos with no result are checked again automatically (up to 3 checks per photo, including the first). We may publish a photo after reviewing it and finding no problem. A photo that has neither passed the check nor been reviewed by us is never published. Photos that are not published are deleted automatically within 30 days at the latest.
- Scenery, signs and other things in a photo can reveal where it was taken. We remove the shooting information, but we cannot remove what the photo shows. Please do not include photos showing other people's faces or anything else that identifies someone (Community guidelines).
- A published photo can also be viewed outside the app through its own address (URL). Addresses are created so that they cannot be guessed, and the photos cannot be listed.
- Everyone's pages are refreshed about once an hour. After you delete a record or turn off "Show on Everyone's pages" or "Include the photo", it may still be shown for up to about an hour, until the next refresh.
- On waters with few users, people nearby may be able to guess whose record it is from its date, species or photo. If that concerns you, turn off "Show on Everyone's pages" for that record.
7. Anonymous IDs and usage counts
- The app automatically creates random IDs (anonymous IDs) for each device and stores them in the device's keychain. They are not linked to your email address or account.
There are two kinds:
- for AI: to count daily use of the AI features. It is created the first time you use an AI feature;
- for the community: to load Everyone's pages, send fishing-spot requests, send feedback on readings, and send reports. It is created the first time you open Everyone's pages, open "Request a water" (your list of requests) in Settings, or send a request or feedback.
- For each anonymous ID, our server keeps only the latest usage count and the time counting started (no day-by-day history). To manage the overall limit, we also count the total across all users. The number of photos you publish to Everyone's pages is counted in the same way per account rather than per anonymous ID, and we also count the total number of automated image checks. How the anonymous ID is handled in reports is set out in section 10.
- When you delete your account, this device's two anonymous IDs are deleted, together with the usage counts, requests and feedback linked to them, and the per-account count of published photos. Reports still linked to the anonymous ID are deleted with it; reports already separated from it (10-3) remain in a form that does not show who sent them.
- If you do not have an account, there is no way to delete the anonymous IDs and usage counts from the app. If you want them deleted, contact us (9-7).

9. What you can do
- Location: in the app's settings you can choose whether records keep a location. You can withdraw access to location, photos and the camera at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
- Privacy: for each record you can later turn "Show on Everyone's pages" and "Include the photo" on or off. Turning them off removes the record or photo from Everyone's pages (6-9).
- Export: in Settings you can export your catches, spots and lures to a single file. Photos, content on Everyone's pages, fishing-spot requests and feedback on readings are not included.
- Delete my data: "Delete my data" in Settings deletes your catches, spots, lures and photos from both your device and the cloud, together with the fishing-spot requests and feedback sent from this device. Photos you have put on Everyone's pages (including those still awaiting review) are deleted too (taking effect within about an hour). Because the requests are gone, your spot also disappears from the app. Your account remains. This cannot be undone. Reports you have sent are not deleted, but your anonymous ID is separated from them after review (at the latest within 8 days of the report).
- Delete account: while signed in, "Delete account" in Settings deletes everything in item 4, then this device's two anonymous IDs (7-4), and finally your account, and signs you out. If a step fails, it stops there and tells you. Your account remains and you can try again, but data already deleted by then cannot be restored.
- Even when you are not signed in, "Delete my data" deletes the catches, spots, lures and photos on this device, and the feedback and fishing-spot requests sent from it. To delete a cloud backup, and the records and photos on Everyone's pages, too, sign in first.
- Requests or feedback linked to an anonymous ID created on another device may only be deletable from that device. In that case, if you can no longer use your account, or if you have no account and want your anonymous IDs deleted, contact us and we will delete it after checking.
- A water that we reviewed and added to the app as a spot shown to all users remains part of the app's content even after the request is deleted. Your spot disappears from the app when the request is deleted.
- To request disclosure, correction or suspension of use of your information, contact us. We will act after confirming that you are the person concerned.
10. Reporting and hiding
- Report: on each record on Everyone's pages, including its photo, you can "Report" it, choosing one reason ("False record or prank", "Same record posted repeatedly", "Inappropriate content", "Other"). Once the report reaches us, that record is no longer shown on this device (if it does not get through, the record stays).
- We review reports and hide records that break the community guidelines. If only the photo breaks them, we may hide just the photo and stop that record from showing a photo. For users who break them repeatedly, we may hide all of their public records and photos and stop them publishing further records.
- When you report a record, our server receives the record, the reason you chose, and this device's community anonymous ID. The anonymous ID is used only to prevent duplicate reports of the same record and to limit how many reports can be sent; it is separated from the report and deleted once we have reviewed it, and at the latest within 8 days of the report.
- Hide: "Hide" does not report anything; it only stops that record, including its photo, being shown on this device. The setting is stored only on your device, and "Delete my data" and "Delete account" undo it. "Show all again" in Settings undoes it all at once, including records you reported and the records of people you hid under item 5 (reports already sent are not withdrawn).
- Hide this person: if you choose "Hide this person" on a record on Everyone's pages, the records and photos of the person who published it, including ones they publish later, are no longer shown on this device, on any water. To do this, our server stores this device's community anonymous ID paired with an ID for the person you hid. They are not notified, and we do not show other users who has hidden whom. To deal with breaches of the community guidelines, we may review the public records of someone many people have hidden (we see only how many people hid them, not who did). You can hide up to 1,000 people. Using "Show all again" in Settings undoes this together with item 4 and deletes all of these pairs from our server; "Delete account" deletes them too.
11. Security
- Communication between the app and our server and with the weather service, and between our server and the automated image check, is encrypted (HTTPS).
- The database is set up so that each user can read and write only their own data.
- Server administration keys and the keys for the AI service and the automated image check are never placed in the app; they are managed on the server only.
12. Transfer of the business
If we transfer the app's business or data to a third party, we will tell you beforehand and give you time to export your data. We will not transfer it without telling you.
13. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the changes and the date on this page. Important changes, such as handling new kinds of information or sending it to new recipients, will be announced in advance on this page and in the app's update notes.
